our "Teacup Treasures," are especially petite, weighing in at 3 to 6 pounds when fully grown,
while still maintaining the delightful Shih Tzu charm.
The most popular size with our clients are the Imperial's that range from 7-9 pounds full grown.
AKC Breed Standard specifies adult weight between 10 and 17 pounds. There's just more to love with a bigger Shih Tzu, often calmer & quieter than the smaller ones.
